Q: Why do so many people choose to do business with H&H?

A: When a company has been in business as long as we have it’s because we deal in quality and value. We consistently deliver on our commitments in regards to time and budget and we always make customer satisfaction our number one priority.

Q: I have heard so many bad renovation stories. The idea of renovating intimidates me.

A: For some people it can be an overwhelming and scary endeavor entering into a renovation. It actually prevents some people from doing what needs to be done. Dealing with an accredited, licenced, insured company that has a long term business history in Calgary is a must. If the company hasn’t been in business as long as the warranty it offers, run. At H&H our mantra is “WE CARE”. That just isn’t a catchy phrase to us, it’s a way of life. The “We Care” attitude doesn’t end when you sign the contract, it doesn’t end when the job is done or even when the warranty is over. It doesn’t end. We want to build a lifelong relationship with every customer we have and that shows in everything we do. We Care.

Q: How do you manage cost over runs?

A: Hearth and Home takes the time to ensure each job is properly planned out and materials are ordered before any work begins. Planning Planning Planning saves time, money and aggravation. We believe in “fixed priced contracts,” no surprises.

Q: I have a specific budget in mind that I can’t go over. Is it still possible to renovate?

A: We can tailor a project to a specific budget. We do that all the time. We will tell you honestly what you can or cannot do for the budget. Sometimes it takes some tough decisions but usually something can be worked out. Call us, sometimes it turns out the cost is less than you expected. We also have financing available.

Q: I’m very interested in having H&H do my renovation. How do I proceed?

A: You just need to pick up the phone and call us at 403-258-3732. We will discuss your project to find out what your wishes are. From there we set up an appointment for an in-home consultation where we can see first hand the scope of work to be done and start the planning process.
