Free Standing Gas Fireplaces Offer Exceptional Versatility

Because the free standing gas fireplaces that we offer are direct vent, there's no need for a chimney or traditional fireplace in which to install them. A direct vent model can connect to the exterior of your home through venting, allowing outside air to circulate around the firebox.

Certified as having 75% efficiency for natural gas and 77% for LP gas, the Oakport 18 offers impressive performance. Rated at 24,500 BTU/hr input for both natural gas and LP gas, this is a free standing gas fireplace that benefits from both excellent performance and eye-catching good looks.

Features

In addition to its versatile nature and excellent fuel consumption rates, the Oakport 18 also has traditional legs and an engaging screen front. Several different methods of control can be used with this model, including a touch screen, portable thermostat control, a wireless wall switch, and a wireless or mounted thermostat control. The screen, refractory, and base can all be customized to give a range of different styles.
